PROJECT RESULTS

 

OUR WORK WITH THE BRAND AND ASSOCIATED COLLATERAL BOTH REINFORCED AND PROMOTED CONFIDENCE IN THE DH BRAND AS A WHOLE. WORKING ALONGSIDE DH WE HELPED TO SELL OUT DEVELOPMENTS, TIME AND TIME AGAIN. DURING THIS PERIOD THE COMPANY ENJOYED RAPID GROWTH BUILDING A PROPERTY PORTFOLIO IN EXCESS OF £100 MILLION.

PROJECT SUMMARY

DH Property is an established property development company, operating in both the residential and commercial sectors, specifically targeting investors.

 

Their objective being to generate exceptional investment opportunities by producing innovative, stylish, high quality practical spaces.

 

AB&Co were appointed to oversee, manage and ensure brand continuity through all existing and future visual communications. Having worked with the company from the outset we continued to steer the brand through a period of rapid growth culminating in a property portfolio with a value in excess of £100 million.

 

DH’s audience varied from young entrepreneurial business people with stylish and forward thinking values, to a more mature clientele experienced in the property market, focused on acquiring long-term investment opportunities.

Due to the nature of their business it was essential that clients felt assured their investment was in the right hands, especially as developments were often pitched from an ‘off plan’ platform, using visual aids to demonstrate the potential of each property. Presenting an excellent first impression was crucial.

 

It was essential throughout their brand's personality to reinforce the core values of trust, confidence, professionalism and reliability, blended with stylish, bold and contemporary design that aimed to engage new clients and promote investment.

 

We created multiple identities for each development including a suite of marketing material including: flash and HTML websites, brochure design, advertising, photography, billboards, POS, large format signage and 3D visualisation.

Through close collaboration with DH we produced something special that “grabbed the attention” and excited potential investors. The brochure exuded confidence and set the tone for investment in this impressive development, yielding immediate and lucrative results.

 

We created a bespoke box wrapped in a delicately designed exterior, using a series of heavyweight paper pieces to display the USP's of the development to maximum effect.
